About Me
Andy Simon’s consulting experience spans business, government, education, and the non-profit sector. He has held senior positions in executive education programs at the Wharton School and the University of Pennsylvania's Non-Profit Leadership Program. He also co-designed and delivered a course on Critical and Creative Thinking for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Among Andy’s international work, he led in developing a strategic plan for Uganda's largest child-focused NGO and served as President of the International Council of Psychologists.
Presently, Andy holds positions as a Professor of Psychology and the Leadership & Professional Development Fellow at Seton Hall University. His teaching portfolio includes virtual courses for practitioners around the world, addressing Approaches to Contemporary Leadership and Sport and Athletic Performance.
Andy earned a PhD in social psychology and a PsyD in organizational psychology from Rutgers University. He lives in New Jersey.
